Each class participant will cook/ assemble and also bring home their own custom BBQ Rub, Buffalo Style BBQ Sauce, and Smoked Blue Cheese Dressing- ready to use just in time for Father's Day weekend!
Following these hands on activities, participants will sit down for a meal prepared by Chefs Joe & Eric, as inspiration for what to cook with their custom goods!
Dinner Menu:
- Smoked Buffalo BBQ Wings
- BBQ Rubbed pork medallions
- Wedge Salad with Blue cheese dressing
* This class is not suitable for Vegetarian participants.
In small groups, you’ll prepare a selection of dishes, then gather at a beautifully set communal table to savor the meal you’ve created—sharing good food, stories, and community!
Most of our classes are scheduled for 3 hours, but every class is a little different. People work at different speeds and some recipes or techniques may take a bit longer, so sometimes a class may wrap up a little sooner—or run a bit past the 3-hour mark. We’ll always do our best to stay on schedule, and we appreciate your flexibility as we make sure everyone has a great hands-on experience
A few quick notes:
- Menus are subject to seasonal availability.
- In hands-on classes, guests may not personally prepare every dish listed.
- Classes are designed so groups cook select recipes while learning techniques that apply across the full menu, and everyone will get to taste all dishes prepared.
- Some classes can easily be adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, but not all.
- The equipment in our kitchen is shared, and we are not a certified allergen safe or gluten-free environment.
- All classes are suitable for those 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise noted.
