In this hands-on camp, young chefs will explore crafting from-scratch meals while building confidence in the kitchen. Each day focuses on a different theme, teaching essential skills in a fun and approachable way.
Camp Schedule:
Day 1 – Italian Classics
Pasta From Scratch, Chicken Parmesan, Classic Marinara Sauce
Day 2 – Greece
Prepare savory meatballs, creamy tzatziki, sizzling saganaki, and Lemon Potatoes
- Format: Drop-off camp (3 hours each day)
- Skill Level: Beginner-friendly, no experience needed
- Parents/guardians must come inside on
Day 1 for check-in and to sign a waiver. - Please notify us of any allergies in advance.
This camp is all about hands-on learning, trying new flavors, and having fun in the kitchen—your young chef won't want to miss it.
A few quick notes:
- Menus are subject to seasonal availability.
- In hands-on classes, guests may not personally prepare every dish listed.
- Classes are designed so groups cook select recipes while learning techniques that apply across the full menu, and everyone will get to taste all dishes prepared.
- Some classes can easily be adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, but not all.
- The equipment in our kitchen is shared, and we are not a certified allergen safe or gluten-free environment.
